Common questions

How much does it cost?

Prices depend on the treatment and plan. You'll see the full price and how often it renews before you pay. For weight loss, your clinician also prescribes a separate anti-nausea medicine, paid for separately.

Do you take insurance?

No. You pay at checkout, and we don't bill insurance.

When am I charged?

At checkout, before a clinician reviews your answers. A prescription is not guaranteed.

Will I need a video visit?

In most states, no. A licensed clinician reviews your answers in writing. Some states, and some health answers, require a short video visit. If you need one, you'll book it right after checkout.

Will I need lab work?

For weight loss, labs are optional. Your clinician may send a lab request, and your care team can answer any questions about it.

Are these medications FDA-approved?

Many of the treatments on RxForAll are compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Your clinician will tell you exactly what you're prescribed and how it's made.

Who fills my prescription?

A state-licensed pharmacy prepares and ships your treatment. RxForAll is not a pharmacy. Questions about your treatment go to your RxForAll care team at support@rxforall.com.

Who can use RxForAll?

Adults 18 and older (19 in Nebraska), in states where each treatment is available. Your clinician decides if a treatment is right for you.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime before your next shipment to avoid the next charge. To cancel, visit your Patient Portal and follow the cancellation instructions. Questions? Email support@rxforall.com.

Is my information private?

The health information you share in your assessment is handled by OpenLoop's clinical team under its Notice of Privacy Practices. rxforall.com doesn't run advertising pixels.
